About the Role:

Phoenix Building Solutions is looking for a hardworking, skilled Welder to join our team. If you take pride in precision, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to build structures that our Mississippi communities can depend on, this is the place for you.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to cut and fabricate metal components

• Accurately use tape measures, speed squares, and framing squares for layout and assembly

• Perform MIG welding on various metal components

• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project specifications

• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area

• Work collaboratively with team members and maintain a positive, professional attitude

Requirements:

• Must be able to read a tape measure, speed square, framing square, and blueprints

•  MIG Welding experience required

• Good personality and strong work ethic — team player attitude is a must

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

•  Reliable transportation and willingness to show up on time, every day

Compensation:

• Minimum Starting pay: $16/hr, based on experience and skills
